Introducing Kind Lab Grace Muse: Tania

KL: Please introduce yourself.

Tania: Hi everyone! I’m Tania Doub. In my professional life I’m a sales leader, author, and entrepreneur. In my personal life I am a mother of two amazing boys, a wife, a good friend, and someone who will most likely always be the loudest person in any room.

KL: What does beauty mean to you?

Tania: Beauty is confidence and bravery to show the world who you really are. It’s a “feeling” – most definitely! But also, for me, that feeling really shines bright when I am able to get creative with fashion and put on a pair of high heels – even at the grocery store!

KL: What is your self-care routine?

Tania: Daily workouts are a must for me. If I had to pick one self-care routine, it is by far and away CrossFit. Since I turned 40 though, I have to admit that taking care of my skin has become a much bigger priority for me, too. While I am always guilty of wearing make-up all the time (yes, even at the gym), rest assured I won’t go to sleep without my evening ritual for my face – which most definitely includes Grace Serum.

KL: What (or how) makes you feel confident in your skin?

Tania: For me, I’ve discovered, I have to do all of the things…all of the time. Staying hydrated, getting eight hours of sleep every night (yep, I’m one of those people who needs her sleep!), eating clean, and getting in a workout. If I can do those things every day, I will rock my day. Of course I have fun too… but knowing how to get back on track very quickly is the key.

KL: What is your passion project?

Tania: Today, in fact, I launched my website, www.TaniaDoub.com launching my sales consulting practice. I am also in the process of writing my first book titled “Work it, Girl!” helping young women navigate a career in modern technology sales – something I have been doing professionally for over two decades now. I am excited to explore what comes next and am committed to saying YES to anything that feels right to me!
