What You Should Know About Cannabis
Here are a few things you need to know about cannabis: cannabis plants contain cannabinoids, which are naturally-occurring, chemical compounds. Think of this like an orange and Vitamin C.
THC & CBD
The 2 most prevalent cannabinoids are THC and CBD. These and other cannabinoids interact with our internal Endocannabinoid System (ECS), which helps our bodies maintain balance.
Hemp contain high amounts of CBD with trace or zero (.3% or less) THC. THC is responsible for the euphoric “high” associated with marijuana, and trace/zero THC means you won’t get high with hemp.
CBD has many health benefits with people using it topically and orally for relief from stress, body aches & discomfort, sleep support, and more.
