Are your products legal?
Yes. Kind Lab products are made with hemp extract and contain less than 0.3% THC, which is federally legal in the US.
Where do you source your hemp?
Our hemp is sourced from woman- and minority-owned farms in New York, Colorado, and Vermont. The “Product Details” section on each product page specifies the source of the hemp for that product.
What kind of hemp extracts do you use?
Most Kind Lab products contain full-spectrum extract that is CO2 extracted. A few are made with hemp-derived broad-spectrum extract or CBD isolate, which are THC-free. The “Product Details” section on each product page specifies the type of the hemp extract for that product.
What other ingredients do you use?
Our products contain only plant-based ingredients. We source from companies that share our high quality standards, with a focus on certified organic and organically grown, responsibly wildcrafted, and sustainability.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, from capsules to balms, we only use plant-based ingredients in our products. Our products are also Leaping Bunny certified cruelty free.
Are your products tested?
Yes, all of our products are third party tested at certified labs to confirm that they contain the amount of CBD as labelled, and to ensure they are free from pesticides, heavy metals, molds, and harmful microbials. The QR code on your product’s label links to a page with test results.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are packaged within 2 business days and shipped via USPS First Class. They are mailed from our facility in Massachusetts, and normally shipping takes 2-4 days depending on destination. There is an option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Do you accept returns?
