How do I get started?
To get started, take a low dose (ex. 1/2 of the serving size) for a few nights, then slowly increase or decrease until you’ve find your optimal dose.
Will be able to wake up if I need to?
Yes – the sleep you’ll be getting is natural.
Unlike taking a sleeping pill of some form that knocks you out, you should be able to wake up if prompted – ex. a crying baby or a door opening that you need/want to rouse you.
You’ll wake up when needed, but not when unwanted.
What happens if I wake up feeling “foggy”?
If you wake up feeling foggy, it’s a sign that you’ve taken too much. Either decrease the amount taken and/or take it earlier in the night so your body has enough time to process it.
How long will it take for my sleep to improve?
Be patient & consistent – depending on the severity of your sleep challenges, it could take a few weeks to feel the benefits. But that time will pass anyway, so why not use it to start feeling better?
Look for incremental improvements along the way – like having it take less time to fall asleep, or waking up at night fewer times and being able to fall back asleep faster when you do wake.
