With summer coming and COVID restrictions being relaxed, it’s time to come out of our spring shells. Need some help getting back into your routine or creating a new one? We asked Amanda Nisula, owner of Nisula Wellness, for some tips on how to get back into the swing of things. Here’s what she told us.
